Currently i am considering going to The Royal Air Force. But i need to really work on my fitness before i even consider applying. What would bhe the best way to manage this without causing my body strain or suffering and doing it at a steady pace? All suggestions appreciated.

you dont need to work on fitness before applying, go to your local careers office and they will supply fitness programme for you, when i joined in 1991 (long time ago) the fitness standards were different but due to schools cutting so much PE from timetables and teenagers taking part in less sport the fitness standards have changes. The whole application process takes months so you have plenty of time to get fitter before training at RAF Halton, good luck

No. The premiums will not go up for that. Usually health insurance is up for renewal once a year and the cost increases at that time, but not just because you use your policy. The cost of group health insurance where I work has had double digit increases in the premiums every year for 10 years now. The health insurance companies are out of control.

They aren’t a ‘scam’. HGH products do work, but let me tell you, they are NOT worth it. They are in the same category as steroids. And none of them will make you taller as you say. I am telling you mate, the best way to perfect your body is go all natural. Protein shakes are fine. Creatine supplements are fine. Just keep it at that. You will regret it for the rest of your life, and have man boobs to show it.

I do free fitness coaching online helping people achieve their goals by becoming more fit and healthy.

Depending on the town you are in, you need to get your site listed with everyone big in your town, like the chamber of commerce, the business directories, etc and so forth. Then make sure your site has local keywords (like you town and your focuses, etc) liberally sprinkled throughout the site. There are online keyword tools to help you decide the correct number of such keywords to use to make sure you rank high in search engines when people look for your type of business online. Then I would make sure your website url is on ANY and ALL of your packaging and paperwork that you send out. I would consider getting your site into a web ring of other fitness sites. I would add a lot of online information that people can use, and that gives you credibility. I would post advertisements for your services in person at all the local fitness clubs, and then swap links with some of them for your site, to get your links onto their websites. These are just some of the things that come to the top of my mind.

The great benefit of this tea plant is that it comes with a plethora of the group of chemical substances known as polyphenol. These substances are one type of antioxidant, and antioxidants have been found to help in everything from the treatment of brain injury cases to treatments against hearing loss and also, potentially, Parkinson’s disease. They are, however, no longer thought to significantly help fight diseases like cancer as they once were thought to.

I know the supplement is equal to 180 degrees and the complement is equal to 90 degrees. I was just trying to plug in random numbers to figure this out, which is obviously not the correct way to do so. If anyone could help it would be appreciated. Thanks!
It is not letting me choose a best answer or allowing me to say this question is resolved for some reason.

180 – x is the supplement

90 – x is the complement

supplement is 3 times the complement
180-x = 3(90-x)

180-x = 270 – 3x
2x = 90
x = 45

What classes would one need to take if they wanted to learn about nutrition?

I am interested in learning about nutrition, not necessarily to get a job, but to learn the basics and maybe beyond. Any ideas on what classes to take? I am thinking of going to Delaware County Community College for those that know it.
