Growth Hormone can be increased in the body in three ways: pills, oral sprays, and injections. Injections are very expensive and require a physician’s prescription. For the average person this is impractical. Pills contain no HGH. Why bother? Since these vendors produce products that cost so little without real HGH and sell them at high Growth Hormone prices their profit margins are over the top. This allows them to invest a lot of advertising money into dominating internet search engines. The buyer, looking for Growth Hormone products is lost in a sea of non-HGH products. Examples of some of them are:

– GHR1000
– Sytropin
– Eternal
– HGH (Human Growth Hormone Factor) Complex Spray

Less visible oral sprays are tough for the consumer to discover but much more effective. Homeopathic Human Growth Hormone oral sprays seem to be the preferred way to go. These sprays contain real pharmaceutical HGH, it’s within a normal person’s means, and gets 60%-80% of the same results as injected HGH. It’s approved by the FDA for over the counter sales and is gentle and without side affects in your system.

The product know as Renuva Growth Hormone contains no HGH. The product known as Omega HGH also contains no growth hormone as well as Sytropin.

Okay, so I really want to work at a nutrition & supplements store like Complete Nutrition or GNC. I know you have to be extremely educated about supplements, nutrition, and how they help, and I just want to know how I can learn more about nutrition and supplements?? I read a lot online, and have a few mens health/muscle/fitness magazines. What else should I do?

Thank you!

Most of that stuff is okay. But, if you want something that will give you real muscle mass and is actually healthy for you then look into "muscle warfare" supplements. I’ve personally been using it for a few months and have gained plenty of muscle mass. If your not sure then they offer a free trial with a 30 day supply which is more then enough for you to see results.

Check out the link below to read a review on it.

Ok i havent hit my spurt yet but if im drinking like 8-10 glasses of milk a day is it enough calcium ?. and if i dont drink soda and just milk will i have a better chance of getting taller? lastly i keep getting "you need nutrition" is that true and if it is where can i get nutrition?? do i even need calcium and nutrition?

You are getting enough calcium.

To reach your potential height you need adequate sleep (from 8-10 hours per night), adequate calories and a normal healthy diet.

Plenty of protein from eggs, meat, poultry, sea food and dairy products helps as well as calcium from milk, cheese and other dairy products. You also need plenty of zinc from red meat, oysters, mussels, nuts and seeds and zinc fortified cereals such as Weetbix.

Exercise does not help your height growth.

Girls usually stop growing at 15 but the absolute deadline is 21.

Boys usually stop growing at 18 but the absolute deadline is 25.

Smoking can reduce your potential height by a whole inch.

Under eating and under sleeping can, to some extent, stunt your height growth.

You can see further tips in a web search for "how to grow taller naturally".

I am twenty-one years old and currently weigh 140lbs. I am also 5’4 and a size 8-10 in jeans. I would like to get to 120lbs by Thanksgiving. Is this realistic? I want to give myself a lot of time so I can adapt and not feel overly rushed.

What would be a good nutrition program to adopt? Low carb? High protein? I need a direction to go towards.

From your current height and weight you should be eating around 1400-1500 kcal. But if you want to lose weight, you either need to eat less calories or exercise more. Keep a food journal and calculate how many kcals (calories) you eat each day.

Always incorporate some sort of physical activity in your diet. You not only burn those calories but also rev up your metabolism, so your

As much as it sounds like a cop-out answer, don’t do diets period. It’s about "lifestyle" changes. And make them manageable.

It’s usually healthy to lose up to 2 lbs per week. Because you’re a little bit shorter, you should maybe shoot for 1 lb per week or 2 lbs per 3 week.

To lose 1 lb per week, you would need to cut 500 kcals per day. Because your BMR is about 1300-1400 kcals, thats not a lot of food. So that’s why I would suggest 2 lbs per 3 weeks and shoot to cut and burn about 350 kcals/day. So that would be running/walk 2 miles each day and then cut 100 calories each day. That’s pretty reasonable and not too difficult. That would take about 30 weeks.

A lot of people try to eat a lot less and exercise a lot more and they’re fine for a month or so and then they quit and then they gain the weight back.

Anyway, hope that helps.

I am 25 years old and I don’t think I have had good nutrition my whole life, lol. I guess I just never really thought about it enough to care about it. Now I am a Father to a two year old little girl and it’s becoming more and more important to me for us all to eat right.
Basically I am looking for a good website or two on how to have good nutrition. Things to eat and things to avoid. Thanks in advance.

I have found this website to be very helpful. It not only tells you the calories, but what proportion of fat/protein/carbs are in things and what vitamins. A really great planning tool! Also has good articles and forums. I also linked a toddler specific one for you.
I’m glad to see you are being a good responsible parent by ensuring proper nutrition for your child! You are a great example for other parents.

And specifically what type of diseases are they?

Thank you so much.

There are several diseases related to lack of certain nutrients (rickets is one) or lack of adequate caloric intake. Feeding a baby properly will help ensure that they develop their body systems properly and get the best chance at growing to their potential.

I want to continue pursuing my bachelor’s in nutrition, because I LOVE nutrition. It is so interesting to me. I am just worried because I don’t want to work in a kitchen or hospital foodservice for a living. What are my options? Should I change my major? I love the medical field and am open to suggestion.

Well you would do a LOT more than just planning meals for a kitchen. Everyone nutritionist I know works in a hospital but they go around and talk with the patients and do nutrition assessments and help patients make a diet for when they go home. They also look at what the person ate in the past and decide if they are maybe deficient in a nutrient or something like that. To be honest I have never met one that actually did work in a kitchen.

Hi! I am currently incredibly unhappy with the university I am attending now. And I am currently majoring a nutrition at a university that has an accredited program. I really really hate this school, so I’m thinking of transferring to another school closer to home, but it doesn’t offer nutrition, only health studies. Would this be a bad move? What is the difference between nutrition and health studies?

I am sorry you are so unhappy at your current university.

To answer your question, it really depends on what you hope to do with your degree when you graduate.

A nutrition degree often emphasizes basic chemistry, and biology, as well as food science courses. A nutrition major may be well prepared for a career as a registered dietitian.

A health studies major often is geared towards those that want to go into health communications, or health management. Think: somebody who wants to work in a hospital or healthcare setting, but is not a healthcare provider (i.e. doctor, nurse), but rather an administrator or health policy designer.

So it is really up to you, but I would advise you to figure out how a change in degree might impact your career plans.

Eric
