Probably somewhere around $ 10 -$14 IU and you need at least 1.5 IU’s per day. Also, there is no short term effect. You’d need to take it for minimum of probably 6 months to feel and see it’s effects. You probably can’t find it and I’m pretty sure you can’t afford it.
