    Nice video! I like to cut up about 3 potatoes and deep fry them, along with 3 eggs and a side of pancakes drenched with syrup. Oh and can’t forget the ketchup lol. Very healthy.

    So oatmeal is an ideal breakfast to get you going.
    Also, ezekiel bread and muffin are good for you!

    I usually drink 100% whey protein isolate with 3 slices of ezekiel bread! It gives me good energy

    Only thing I can think of is you using too much milk. I use quick oats, microwave for about 1:50 with about 6 oz of water. If you use too much water it could be runny too. Add the milk after micro, about 6 oz, then stir in a scoop of whey protein. Add pieces of bannana last. Raisins are good too. Great fast breakfast. Lasts all morning. Its also great before working out.
