What is a good protein supplement intake after a gym workout?

I go to the gym often and I have some definition on my muscles but the problem is I don’t have the mass factor. What is a good protein supplement to gain some mass in addition to my muscles? I hope you understand what I mean.

try whey protein and creatine. and also u can try adding up the calories. if u are trying to gain mass the most important factor for ur goal is your diet.

    I personally use "Optimum Whey".this contains 22 grams of protein per scoop of protein powder. I mix 2 scoops with 12 oz. of water which give me 44 grams of protein per drink. You should have at least 2 protein drinks per day in between your meals. Have one in the morning and one after your workouts (on the days you do not workout, just have a second drink in the evening). I suggest that you mix your drinks so that you get at least 30 grams of protein in each drink
