I been training down the gym for around 10 months now, but find im not making enough progress as im too skinny. What is the best supplement for me to take to put on weight to help me build up quicker and easier?
FOOD is your best friend when you wanna put on MASS.. I know you wanna go look for supplement and stuff but trust me eating more food is the most important thing if you wanna put on weight and mass.. Just but whey protein for post workout and you dont need anything else.. Just eat more food and you’ll put on weight in no time..

But if you’re looking to gain, you need to EAT. You need to eat a lot.
There is also a good method of weight gain, which i believe would work miracles for beginners. GOMAD!

Eating more than three times a day is recommended, but try GOMAD first.
You also need to hit the reps hard in the gym. Lifting light weights for only 5 reps isn’t going to give anything, not even if you’re lifting it for 100 reps.
It’s heavy weights with 10 reps. Five sets, ten reps. Got it?
