What is the best supplement to gain weight and what process should be followed?

I am a 140 lb 6′0" male and want to gain weight and muscle. I understand working out and eating correctly works but I am looking for something to speed up the process. What supplement is trustworthy and will work the best.

its a weight gainer and meal replacement. it gives you the protien cals annd everything to make your workouts worth it. take it before a workout and right after a work out. it really does work nicely.

    Cell Tech + Nitro tech is good MT products, I also like MET-Rx Colossal bars…but I do not do Cell Tech, I use pure creatine (5mg-10mg a training day) and nitrotech, 2 scoops post work out but body fortress from walmart is good to and way cheaper…if you just want to gain weight load up on the calories and protein…casein works good to especially before sleep…anyway what i do is this:

    eggs and miniwheats for breakfast, multi vitamin (centrum), fish oil, b vitamin complex, 1 cup of juice, 4 cups of water, 1 cup of coffee

    30 min before work out, I consume half a can of sugar free Monster energy drink, 5 mg of creatine monohydrate (GNC) and a MET Rx colossal 100 protein bar…I work out weights and cardio so half way through when I switch I drink 1 scoop of nitro tech, post work out i drink 2 scoops of nitro tech and finish the monster and go eat something healthy (tuna and a snickers bar or something)

    Buy true mass from BSN for weightgaining, and eat plenty of food with lots and lots of protein, like tuna, chicken, turkey, nuts, beans those type of stuff and you’ll put on weight pretty quick
