What is the best supplement to take for upper body training?

I’m a slim 19yr old male and want to tone up my body. I don’t want to be huge, just defined.

I take creatine at the moment and eat very healthily and I’m just wondering what’s the best thing to take supplement wise. I don’t want any weight-gainer product, as I feel I already have enough weight to build muscle.

First, you need to be working out around 3-5 times a week – if you aren’t already. Make sure you also change up your work-outs. Your body adapts to them quicker than you may think.
As for the supplements – I suggest making a protein shake 2-3 hours before or after you work-out. You can also use a mass-maker supplement. Another popular thing is egg-whites. Egg whites have an incredible amount of protein and they’re also good for you.

Otherwise, just persistence and variety. Good luck!
